Our Earth

The "La Graziosa" agricultural company consists of approximately 25 hectares of land, mostly cultivated with vineyards and olive groves.

We produce wine, oil, jams, preserves in oil and pickle, vegetables, flours, fruit and vegetables.

Extra virgin olive oil is obtained by cold pressing of Frantoio (80%) and Leccino (20%) olive varieties. On the nose it has a light and delicate fruity aroma, on the taste with hints of ripe fruit. It is used in all our recipes and served raw at the table.

Our flours are produced with wheat sown and harvested by us, and are used as the basis of all our baked products: bread, esplanata, piadina, desserts and handmade pasta.

Even the eggs are homemade, ask our hens!
