The restaurant
Our family, of Florentine origins and in Romagna for over twenty years, has made the local culinary tradition its own, reworking it with a touch of "Tuscanness".
We offer typical local dishes, following the seasonality of agricultural production. We offer a rich menu with dishes that vary depending on the seasons and what the land offers us.
Pasta, piadina, bread, desserts, vegetables, wine and oil are strictly produced by us.
The meat sauces are cut at the tip of a knife or shredded by hand, as tradition dictates.

You will enjoy appetizers such as bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, cold cuts, crostini and various delicacies, all prepared in our kitchen.
The Pasta
We prepare homemade pasta every day so you can savor the authentic flavors of our cuisine and tradition depending on seasonality.
Main Courses
Among the second courses: sliced beef, loin cooked in the oven for ten hours, deviled cockerels, baked rabbit with raisins and pine nuts, stuffed rolls, veal shank and many other dishes.
